However, we do have relationships with other associates in cities where we don't operate and take pride in providing services beyond 4 regions where we operate. Being a Law graduate myself, I have good command over Customs Law & Procedure and qualified Regulation-8 Examination under Custom Broker Licensing Registration CBLR - 2004.

We provide end to end services for customs clearing and transportation/logistics. However, to ensure we deliver what we stand for we have outstanding level of Public Relationship with Custom's officials which ranges from the of Custom Commissioner, Additional Commissioner AC/DC & Appraiser which enables us to get prompt response attention and support at the aforementioned ports. Prompt delivery & response, quality service & sincerity as a CHA is the reason behind our esteem client list; which includes Govt., SemiGovt., Super Star & Star Trading Houses along with other successful manufacturing & business houses. However, to help you serve better, we follow a standard protocol which is initiated when with providing 'Authorization Letter' is issued to us by the customer. We also ensure KYC norms are followed for our clients. As time is precious, the online documentation and filing of customs paper is done promptly by us.

Sea freight: We have a tie-up with our associate freight forwarding companies at Delhi and Mumbai. We provide the most competitive freight rates for all destinations across the globe. Generally best freight rates for exports are clubbed along with custom clearance charges for better service & customer interaction. We also offer free export clearance on selected items.

Transportation & logistics: We believe in providing end to end delivery, and hence it's pivotal to mention, that if you don't have transportation facilities or tie ups with a transport agency, our organization does reliable associations with transport agencies which can handle transportation of goods to various destinations. Rest assured, we arrange transportation for our clients on most competitive rates. We have ware housing plots at various locations bonded ware housing scheme. These have all modern facilities.

Additionally, we take the assignments related to B.G. & Bond cancellation, refund of Custom Duty, Special Additional Duty , Duty Draw Back & matters related with SVB. Please note that these services are provided separately on percentage basis charges
